Arrest made in alleged assault of woman earlier this month in Barrie

Barrie police have arrested a suspect in connection with the alleged assault of a woman on May 6. Police say the woman was assaulted around 9:30 p.m. by an unknown male while walking on the sidewalk in the area of Mayfair Drive near Ardagh Road.
