STA: A firefighter died in a storm in the south of Italy

The south of Italy was hit by severe storms during the night. Heavy rains covered the regions of Apulia, Campania and Emilia-Romagna, among others. Rescuers found the body of a 59-year-old firefighter in the Foggia region of Apulia today, whose vehicle was swept away by water while rescuing drivers in trouble.
