Barbra J. (Skulsky) Botelho, of Plymouth, died peacefully at home on Feb. 3. She was the beloved wife of David H. Botelho. She was 77 years old. Born on Feb. 28, 1948, in Plymouth, Barbra was the daughter of the late Harry and Molly (Kovner) Skulsky.
