BARBERTON, Ohio – Monte Harris, Barberton’s Ward 6 councilmember, announced his resignation on Monday, one week after the resignation of the city’s longtime mayor, William B. Judge.

"Meetings and decision-making processes have become a complete circus rather than a serious effort to govern," Harris wrote on Facebook.
