Banks that do not offer credit card without membership in sight, what will happen to them?

The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) recently introduced a new provision in the regulation of infringements and penalties related to the offer of credit cards. Thus, it defined as a serious infringement of the financial institution not to count within the credit card portfolio with at least one that does not require the user to collect the membership commission.
