The Criminal Court sentenced "Sergeant M" to life imprisonment for his confession, which was beneficial to the shooting death of former Cambodian opposition MP Lim Kimya in Thailand. He ordered him to pay 1.7 million baht in compensation plus interest and dismissed the case against the second defendant.
