Bamboo window blinds recalled due to strangulation, entanglement risk

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — More than 20,000 roll-up window blinds are being recalled due to strangulation and entanglement hazards, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
