A wildlife organization in Venango County recently rescued a Bald Eagle in Slippery Rock after receiving a quick tip on its whereabouts. The Tamarack Wildlife Center received a call on Thanksgiving about a Bald Eagle entangled in a fence. The organization immediately sent staff to Slippery Rock to rescue the bird.
