High inflation and the rising cost of living, which have been eroding citizens' pockets for years, are becoming even more acutely felt as the end of the year approaches. In particular, the increase in revaluation rates is also multiplying citizens' payment obligations in official transactions.

Vehicle inspection and exhaust gas emission testing fees are expected to increase in 2027. If the increase is approximately 28%, the car inspection fee will rise to 4,208 Turkish Lira, and the exhaust emission test fee will reach 589 Turkish Lira.

The expectation that the revaluation rate for 2027 will be around 28 percent has led to a significant increase in vehicle inspection and exhaust gas emission measurement fees. Accordingly, an increase of 920 TL is expected in inspection fees.
