SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - A sinkhole has appeared at the intersection of Fell and Richards in Savannah. The sinkhole was discovered on Wednesday morning when a Savannah Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) bus's rear tire went into the hole and got stuck.
