The government is considering increasing spending to three percent.

MPs from the government parties and the Pirates adopted a resolution in which they agreed to the government's proposal that defense spending would gradually increase to three percent of GDP by 2030. Opposition MPs from the ANO and SPD movements did not vote because they left the meeting before it was closed to the public.
