PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A 38-year-old man whose wife reported missing late Saturday night was found shot to death Sunday afternoon near their Fairview home. The call to report Roman Shulishov missing came in around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office said in a release.
