The Philippine National Police (PNP) has launched an investigation to identify the mastermind behind the illegal sale of diesel worth P9.75 million in Navotas. PNP Chief General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. said the operation was a major blow to the “paihi” syndicates and assured that the police will not rest until their supply chain is cut. He said investigators are now tracing the possible connection of the operation to a larger network.
