Judge gives Audri Nix an ultimatum and requires her presence at the hearing

San Juan District Court Judge Ana Paulina Cruz Vélez issued instructions for urban singer Adriana Nicole Vázquez Pérez, known as Audri Nix, to appear tomorrow at a status hearing where bail conditions will be discussed in light of recent incidents involving the activist.

After failing to appear at the hearing today due to a medical complication, the judge announced that she would not cancel the bail but will determine tomorrow whether to impose electronic monitoring.

Adriana Nicole Vázquez Pérez, known as “Audri Nix”, faced a status hearing on the other case against her on Monday for breaking into the swearing-in mass of Gov. Jenniffer González in Santa Teresita parish in San Juan, insulting and threatening the president. The hearing did not count on the appearance of the young woman.
