HOLYOKE — The Office of the State Auditor released a report Wednesday flagging safety issues and emergency planning at the Veterans’ Home at Holyoke between July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2023. It also highlighted issues at the Veterans’ Home at Chelsea between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2023. All the issues in the audit have been addressed, said a spokesperson for the executive Office of Veterans Services.
