On 17 November 2025, the Grand Narbonne agglomeration launched the final stage of the development of the green road that connects La Franqui with Leucate (Aude). With a forecast duration of four months, this project will complete the creation of the soft link to the coast. The new 450-metre stretch runs along the RD 327 to the outskirts of the village, on the edge of the Salses-Leucate pond.
