Szymon Hołownia's Words About the Coup D'état. a Motion Has Been Filed with the Prosecutor's Office.
The prosecutor's office has received an evidentiary motion to question Szymon Hołownia as a witness, attorney Bartosz Lewandowski announced. He explained that this is a response to repeated media reports regarding attempts to prevent Karol Nawrocki from being sworn in. He added that if the motion is granted, the Speaker of the Sejm will be required, among other things, to disclose the names of those involved in the case.
"The application was filed in the course of an investigation conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw concerning an act under Article 127 of the Penal Code initiated by Prosecutor Ostrowski."
