The prosecutor's office has received an evidentiary motion to question Szymon Hołownia as a witness, attorney Bartosz Lewandowski announced. He explained that this is a response to repeated media reports regarding attempts to prevent Karol Nawrocki from being sworn in. He added that if the motion is granted, the Speaker of the Sejm will be required, among other things, to disclose the names of those involved in the case.
