Attempted riot halted at Todd County Jail - WNKY News 40 Television

ELKTON, Ky. (WEKT) – Three inmates are now facing added jail time after an attempted riot in the Todd County Jail on Tuesday. According to WEKT, jailer Jeff Penick stated the incident began around 11 p.m. Tuesday when the three inmates started “acting out” and caught a trash can on fire. More here.
