Police are continuing to investigate an attempted murder at a barber shop in Addlestone.
Officers were called to Carlo’s in Garfield Road just before 3.30 on Sunday afternoon. A man in his 30s was taken to hospital with a stab wound and a knife was later recovered near the scene. A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon and has been remanded in custody.

The RNC has charged a youth following a stabbing in downtown St. John’s. Police responded to the George Street area around 3:45 a.m. Saturday where a large group of teenagers were observed fleeing the area on foot.
