HOWLAND, Ohio (WKBN) -- Howland police responded to a convenience store Monday morning following an attempted ATM heist. It happened around 5 a.m. Monday at the Valley View Food Mart/Shell gas station on Elm Road. According to the computer-aided dispatch log, the culprits did not get away with the machine.
