At Least 4 Firefighters Injured While Battling Northern California Wildfires

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, JUL 15 – Extreme heat and dry conditions have fueled nearly 20,000 acres of wildfires, injuring at least four firefighters, with over 1,400 personnel assigned to the response, officials said.

At least four firefighters have been injured over the last week while battling three wildfires in Northern California forests that are burning amid extreme heat in steep, bone-dry terrain, fire officials said Monday.
