The deputy assistant of Petr Slyšek is facing charges of attempted subsidy fraud and abuse of power of a public official. He is Mário Marčan, the principal of an elementary school in Žilina and the former secretary of the regional organization of Hlas-SD in that city.
Mário Marčan is the principal of a primary school in Žilina and his name was associated with the political party Hlas-SD in the region. Its boss Peter Slyško only recently left the party to join Tomáš Tarab.
