Assemblywoman Lupardo announces grants for Broome County Humane Society

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Additional funding for the Broome County Humane Society is barking up to be the cat's meow. Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo announced two state grants totaling $90,000 to support the shelter's operations.
