Gallup Finds More U.S. Workers Using AI at Work, But Half Rarely Do
Roughly 3 in 10 workers use AI frequently, while about half say they rarely or never use it, Gallup found.
- New Gallup polling shows more United States workers are utilizing artificial intelligence in their jobs, though about half of employees still use the technology only once a year or not at all.
- Roughly 3 in 10 employees are frequent AI users, with about two-thirds of those workers reporting the technology has had an extremely or somewhat positive impact on their individual productivity and efficiency at work.
- About 2 in 10 United States workers say their jobs will likely be eliminated within five years due to new technology. That fear rises to 23% among employees at companies that have already adopted AI tools.
