Arrested for stabbing another man in the arm and neck in Pamplona

A man has been arrested by the Bilbao Municipal Police at around 6.40 a.m. after stabbing another on Ronda Street. Two witnesses have identified the alleged perpetrator and the officers have proceeded with his arrest on charges of a crime of stabbing.
