FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - An arrest warrant prompted a heavy police presence Tuesday afternoon in southeast Fort Wayne. Police first responded around 9:30 a.m. to River Pointe Townhomes, near the intersection of Hanna Street and Creighton Avenue.
