LELAND — The Leland Police Department has arrested a man in connection with an early-morning knife-stabbing on Wednesday. Raymond Isaiah Shepard Jr., 23, has been charged with first degree burglary and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflicting serious injury.
