The deputy mayor of Arrecife, Echedey Eugenio, acting as accidental mayor, reports that at 11 a.m. this Friday, December 12, the City Council has proceeded to activate the Municipal Emergency Plan (PEMU), by the embossing Emilia, which will mean the suspension of all planned municipal events - both indoors and outdoors - and the closure of all municipal facilities from 17 hours this afternoon until further notice.
