Army Launches Exercise 'Still Waters 3' To Counter Security Threats In Cross River

In an effort to checkmate activities of criminals and counter any security threat in Cross River State, the 13 Brigade, Nigerian Army, has launched ‘Exercise Still Waters 3′ at Ikang community of Bakassi local government area of the State.
