Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan reacted today, September 17, after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced Moscow's readiness to withdraw its military base in Armenia as early as tomorrow.
Armenia challenged Moscow, stating that the base in Gyumri did not provide any additional contribution to the country's security.
