Arkansas Rural Water Association joins committee asking voters to approve bonds for irrigation, infrastructure | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

A fledgling committee is advocating for a ballot measure to authorize the Arkansas Natural Resource Commission to issue up to $500 million in state general obligation bonds for water, water disposal and pollution reduction.
