Arias ignores the new directive of the Council of Peace and announces blocking of legislative procedures

The mayor of La Paz, Iván Arias, announced that he will not proceed with any legislative procedure approved by the Municipal Council, because he does not know the legality of the new directive presided over by Lucio Quispe. According to Arias, the election of that directive violated the internal rules and therefore qualifies it as “trucha”.
