(6-16-25) The Mercer County District Library in Celina was host to a group of budding authors for a Writing Camp in early June. Attendees learned about how to author picture books, graphic novels, and chapter books. Writing materials were supplied courtesy of a grant provided by the Ohio Arts Council.
