ARDMORE, Tenn. (WHNT) — City leaders in Ardmore, Tennessee announced that Vice Mayor Wayne Harvell has passed away. According to the city, Harvell was also a reserve police officer and a chaplain for many years. "Wayne loved the Ardmore Community and always had its best interests at heart.
