Pilot Mountain to create arboretum at Nelson Acres

Last week the Town of Pilot Mountain Board of Commissioners heard from Commissioner Scott Needham on behalf of the Tourism Development Authority about a plan to create an arboretum at Nelson Acres adjacent to Armfield Civic and Recreation Center.
