SUGAR LAND, TEXAS — Applied Optoelectronics Inc. (NASDAQ: AAOI), a provider of advanced optical and hybrid fiber coax networking products, will open a 210,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Sugar Land, a southwestern suburb of Houston.
