Baltimore police pursuit ends in Owings Mills neighborhood

The pursuit wound through the city and got to Interstate 70, where officers tried to stop the vehicle. At some point, another vehicle struck the speeding car, dislodging its rear bumper. The fleeing car ended up turning into a residential neighborhood on Birch Lane, where its occupants got out while the car was moving.
