Why dike apartments in this coastal municipality suddenly became 25 percent more expensive: “People want to experience something during their holiday”
Buying an apartment on the sea wall in Blankenberge? You paid more than 25 percent more for it last year than in 2023. The high price increase contrasts sharply with some neighbors. The price of apartments on the sea wall rose by 7.6 percent in 2024, almost twice as much as that of other apartments on the coast - although there are local differences. Almost nine out of ten buyers are Flemish.
