"Anti-Chamber of the Prison" or "solution": a new closed educational centre accommodates 12 young offenders aged 15 to 18

A first closed educational centre has just been set up in Charente-Maritime. While the government is tightening the juvenile justice system to prevent delinquency and prevent recidivism, these structures of the Judicial Protection of Youth are presented as alternatives to the prison for young people aged 15 to 18.
