Another delay for teen accused of killing a toddler; hearing now set for Monday

PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- For a third time, a Peoria man will have to wait to see if he's be held in custody pending the outcome of allegations he killed an 18-month-old toddler while he was babysitting the young boy.
