Another Death Reported At Pennsylvania ICE Facility

Another death is being reported at an ICE facility in Philipsburg. The agency said a man from East Africa died at the Moshannon Valley Processing Center earlier this month after experiencing “medical distress.”  He had been in ICE custody for more than 200 days at the time of his death.  The man is the second detainee to die at the MVCP this year.
