Another court victory for Fayetteville means supermarket chain’s arrival could be one step closer

Summary by Ground News
Marguerite Ross, who lives near the 30-acre site of the planned store, has filed two lawsuits against the village and the developer. The 56,000-square-foot Hannaford grocery store was approved by the village of Fayetteville in the fall of 2022. A second lawsuit filed by Ross also was dismissed in court, but Ross could still appeal that ruling.
