Olympian Nancy Kerrigan participates in Providence tree lighting celebration
The city of Providence lit its Christmas tree Friday evening. Dozens gathered for the annual Tree Lighting ceremony. As the tree lit up on the steps of City Hall, so too were the spirits of those who got to see it in person, for the first time in two years.
