Malusi Gigaba faces charges linked to rigged Transnet locomotive tenders and alleged corrupt payments from the Gupta family during 2010–2014, involving multi-billion rand losses.
- On Monday, the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption updated the charge sheet at the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial Crime Court, Johannesburg, formally adding Malusi Gigaba as the fifth accused in the Transnet corruption case.
