Covered by the refuge since the beginning of September, this Greek turtle presents a rare malformation which requires constant monitoring to ensure its survival.

A small two-headed turtle is currently being taken care of at the Village des Tortues de Carnoules (Var). Born two months ago, it has a rare malformation called bicephaly. The healers make every effort to ensure its survival.

Since September, the Carnoules Turtle Village has been hosting an unusual resident: a bicephalous Moorish tortoise baby. Caregivers and veterinarians look after him, while the public is invited to find him a name.
