Prince William Reveals His Christopher Nolan Obsession on Talk Show
Prince William discussed the Earthshot Prize and said 71% of Daily Mail readers backed his surprise chat-show appearance.
- On Thursday, Prince William made history as the first royal guest on The Graham Norton Show, appearing alongside actors Cate Blanchett and Hannah Waddingham and conservationist Robert Irwin to discuss the Earthshot Prize.
- PR expert Mark Borkowski suggests this unprecedented appearance serves as a riposte to Prince Harry and Meghan's media dominance, as William reportedly aims to counter his brother's recent high-profile interviews.
- During the chat, William revealed his family's obsession with The Celebrity Traitors, noting that Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are hooked; he also recounted trying to touch EastEnders star Ross Kemp to see if he was "really jumpy."
- Polling indicates 71 per cent of Daily Mail readers agreed the appearance made the royals "more relatable," providing a rare glimpse into the future monarch's personal life.
- Next month, the Earthshot Prize ceremony will be held in Mumbai, where the Prince will award £5 million in prize money to environmental innovators, continuing the initiative he founded in 2020.
