Since Friday, August 1st, several hundred scavengers have settled without permission at the foot of the Terres Blanches wind farm, on the border between the municipalities of Lens-Lestang and Grand-Serre, in the Nord-Drôme.
The illegal gathering took place in an area hosting protected species, and 125 gendarmes were mobilized to try to prevent it.
