An Exhibition by Sonia Navarro Vindicates Artisanal Trades as a Source of Women's Autonomy.

The Sala Alcalá 31 in the Community of Madrid is hosting Borders and Territories, the first institutional exhibition in Madrid by Murcia-born artist Sonia Navarro. This exhibition brings together fifty works created from 1999 to the present, in which the artist has used diverse techniques such as textiles, an area in which she has specialized most throughout her career, as well as sculpture, painting, collage, photography, and installations.
