On the morning of the 10th, a 72-year-old man surnamed Qiu from Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City, went for a walk alone in a park near his home. It is suspected that he suffered a dementia attack and forgot the way home. The old man wandered the streets in the cold wind and drizzle. Fortunately, patrol officers from the Pingzhen Police Precinct found him in time and kindly picked up the weak old man and took him back to his home safely.
