EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Wednesday, server manufacturer Wiwynn and Amazon hosted a ribbon-cutting to celebrate their expansion into Socorro. They announced a major expansion of Wiwynn’s advanced manufacturing operations. The multi-billion-dollar project will strengthen the domestic supply chain for Amazon’s cloud infrastructure and create nearly 1,000 advanced manufacturing jobs by the end of 2027.
